We ship most orders by FedEx ground. If your order is too large, or requires consolidation, we will ship via FedEx Freight. We will contact you if we have any questions regarding your order. Delivery charges will be clearly displayed on your order confirmation sheet. If your product is listed as "FREE FREIGHT" this is continental US only (excluding AK & HI), either standard ground or freight (NOT EXPRESS).
If you're purchasing the RoomDivider, StraightWall, or Wall Bed our Free Freight does NOT include Inside Delivery or Liftgate Service.
If you request inside delivery on freight orders there will be an additional fee of $50.00. (INSIDE DELIVERY IS INSIDE YOUR BUILDING, DOES NOT INCLUDE UP OR DOWN STAIRS, INSIDE ELEVATORS, DOWN HALLWAYS, ETC)
If you request liftgate service on freight orders there will be an additional fee of $75.00. (BACK OF THE TRUCK TO THE GROUND)
